International Lifeguard Lifeguard Training Program

Course Duration: 24 Hours 

 

This course aims to produce lifeguards that perform at a higher level lifeguards from other national/international training agencies.  It is a unique, comprehensive lifeguard training program.

Course Content:

• Lifeguard accountability and professionalism

• Recognising and reacting to emergency situations

• Health Care Provider level CPR (one and two person CPR, AR, Foreign Body Airway Obstruction, and AED training) 

• Undergo Emergency Oxygen Administration training, and First Aid, along with state-of–the-art rescue techniques 

• Theory and Practical Examination

Pre-Requisites:

​​

• Minimum 16 years of age

• Swim 4 x 50m laps without resting

• Tread water for 2 minutes without using of hands

• Retrieve a 5kg dumb bell from 3.0m pool

*The prestigious E&A syllabus is an international renowned lifeguard course outlining an extensive training program which promises a highly interactive and physically enduring program for individuals wishing to obtain a new ILTP™ (International Lifeguard Training Programs) certification. Upon successful completion of the course, lifeguard candidates will be awarded a Course Completion Card or an E&A Lifeguard License issued by ILTP™.
