TERMS & CONDITIONS

New Enrolment

A one-time registration fee of $30.00 applies for new registrants.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Terms Details

Atelier Aquatic Hub offers swimming lessons on a term basis. Each term consists of 10 lessons and 3 make-up lessons.

 

Term 1: January to March

Term 2: April to June

Term 3: July to September

Term 4: October to December

Class Size and Duration  

At Atelier Aquatic Hub, classes are designed to be small. The general guide on class size and details are as follows:

Public Holidays 

Lessons will be conducted on Public Holidays (unless otherwise stated).

Trial Lessons

New students can choose to start off with a one-time only trial lesson at $40.00 nett with us, before enrolling for a term.

There will strictly be no refunds for trial classes.

​

Facilities 

All locations are equipped with showering facilities, toilets and changing facilities.

​

Fees (Effective July 2017) 

For group classes at Chui Huay Lim and Aranda Country Club, our rates are $35.00 per lesson.

​

Per Student :

(10 lessons, 3 make-up sessions)

$350.00 

For private and/or condominium classes, please contact us for more details. 

Payment Methods 

Term fees are payable in full before the commencement of term. Payment may be made by the following methods:

​

  • Cash;

  • Cheque payable to ‘Atelier Aquatic Hub Pte. Ltd.’;

  • Electronic/Bank transfer to Corporate Bank Account OCBC 712-080316-001;

  • GIRO.

 

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sibling Discounts 

Atelier Aquatic Hub offer discount for each additional sibling enrolled in our swimming lesson programs:  

10% for first sibling, 20% for the second, third and fourth siblings onwards.

Make-up Lessons 

Atelier Aquatic Hub offers a maximum of three (3) make-up lessons per term, at no extra charge and will be scheduled on the 11th, 12th and 13th week of the term. Generally, make-up lessons are available when:

  • The learner is unwell. Following which, a medical certificate must be shown to us on the following lesson, in order for the make-up lesson to be applicable.

  • The learner has suffered an injury or illness resulting in long term treatment

  • If the learner intend to go for holiday

  • Adverse weather conditions that halts the swimming lesson.

                                                                                                    

If you fail to attend your make up lessons without prior notice, we regret to inform that it shall be forfeited. There will be NO make-up for absenteeism, late-coming and no shows without reasonable excuse.

Adverse Weather and Safety Precautions

In the event where lessons are cancelled due to severe weather conditions or lightning risk, you will be notified by us, via text messages to your mobile phone, with as much early notice as possible. We regret to inform that we are unable to offer a refund for this cause.

For group classes at Chui Huay Lim, Aranda Country Club or Canadian International School, make-up lessons will be conducted when lessons are cancelled due to weather condition. Refer to make-up lessons policy above.

Pool Closure 

There may also be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the pool is unavailable for swimming lessons. We shall undertake every effort to ensure that additional efforts are schedule at no additional cost to the learner where it is within our control.

Withdrawal

If you are an existing student and wish to withdraw from our lessons, you are liable to notify us at least one (1) month in advance via email to admin@theatelier.com.sg. 

​

Refund  

There is strictly no refund once payment has been made for the term.

Changes to Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right to make amendments to our Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or statutory obligations. The new version will be posted on our website and will take effect once it has been posted.

Data Protection

In order to confirm your swimming lesson, you must register your details and those of your child/children with us. Information that will be collected includes student details, parent/guardian details like name, mobile phone number, email address, home address, emergency contact details and any relevant mental or physical conditions which could impede learning.

 

The names of you or your child/children and their ages will be also displayed on our class registers, which will be used by our coaches to help tailor our classes to the individual needs of our students.

 

Please be assured that we will not share this data with any other third party except in cases where such information is required to process your booking or when we are legally required to do so.
